I am a big supporter of artists rights. Especially when they're willing to offer their work without a mandatory payment required (something similar to GNU GPL licensing). I absolutely respect your decision to cease all future development until liquido returns or grants permission.

Both individuals originally working on this project are no longer active. So I would say no, most likely this is over.
