QUESTION Digital Flags

I have downloaded the mod for Heart Lake (i didn't create it) and there are Flag Panels installed and they do work, no problem with that. However i want to rewrite the script so it shows a red flag after the race is finished and it should blink always a green flag when everythings fine in practice, quali and track day.
It does flash when i make a race, shows yellow, white (for penalties) and again white for the last lap.
I want to change the last lap flag too, i find it useless and disturbing.

Can sb pls help me programming it so it:
Flashes green in practice,
Create a Red Flag that only flashed when the race is finished,
Change White flag for last lap to an other colour.
