Does this warning matter? WARING: TANGENT IN MESH

When loading my car FBX into ksEditor the log gets filled with warnings like this. 700,000+ lines of it. Is it a problem? if so, what can I do in Blender to fix it? My modelling skills are currently limited to load, moving and adding dummies and a few other minor tricks.
