QUESTION Having issues with loading my track into Assetto Corsa

Good evening,
Recently I began working on my own track for Assetto Corsa. When I loaded it in today and started a practice, my car began acting rather odd, moving erratically and eventually snapping back to it's original location. This leads me to believe that it potentially went out of bounds. Does anyone know what might be causing this, and what a potential solution may be (I use Blender 2.8 to develop it, so ideally I'd like a solution for that, but a solution for Blender 2.79 works too)? I have uploaded the files here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/3rfkxk3w930ofs7/AABOIgjLDR12hAdPIAtw4U0Qa?dl=0

yes its names are correct, issue is, its too large

whether scale down everythin by 0.01 (except the empties)
or export with scale 0.01
