How to make bumps on an existing track!

hi guys!..can a existing AC track be adjusted with bumps!...Example adelaide 1988 track is very smooth in its mesh layout!..and i was wondering if you can add bumps to the track like the main back straight?...

I have 3dsimed and kseditor!..will this be enough to add bumps or do i need other editors to make this possible!...cheers!

You'll need a proper 3d modeler
