ksEditor crasing with simple track

Hello,

i am pretty new to Track Building in Blender, but i do have some knowledge in Blender itself. I tried to recreate a road with the GIS Add-on in Blender whitch caused ksEditor to crash. So i tried to build a basic oval racetrack. Just a road with a grey texture on it whitch also caused the Editor to crash. As a next step i downloaded a simple track that i found in a diffrent thread, opened it up in blender, exported it as a fbx file and suprise suprise: it worked. I just dont get what causes the Editor to crash although i pretty sure its a stupid small mistake.

I would be really happy to get a tip on how to fix my Model.

hmm, works fine here, just put a random photo on it as texture.

Opened it, no change, exported as fbx with scale to 0.01 and only selecting "mesh" and "empty"

ty for your fast reply, unfortunately didnt work. Same scale, also only selected empty and mesh and also just a basic picture as you can see. What verion of blender are you running?

I normally dont use this preset, but it could help in your case, rename and put attached file in:
%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.93\scripts\presets\operator\export_scene.fbx\ac_fbx.py
(replace 2.93\ with the version you have...)

Btw, AccAkut seems to use Blender >= 2.8, me too.

The preset makes sure, the fbx is saved as v7 binary

haha forgot the attachment: remove .txt ...
edit: updated the file to only have "empties" and "meshes" selected
edit2: you still may need to change the scale to 0.01

hey thanks for the help, i found a diffrent solution for my problem. I just needed to copy (ctrl c ctrl v) all models i had into a new blender file and export it with 0.01 Scale as fbx. Works perfectly fine for me now, no clue what was wrong with the other blender file :D. Now i ran into a new problem tho. When trying to import the fbx file KsEditor tells me that my roads, which i seperated already, have to many vertices. Al parts of the road are under 30k vertices in Blender so im not sure what to do now other than making them even shorter

yep try with like 20k per mesh/object
