Kseditor not opening

Kseditor is not opening. I double click on the exe and nothing happens. Did a fresh install of assetto corsa and the game has no issues. Also did the usual repair Windows files steps. Any suggestion?

Looks like ksNet.dll is missing or not loading. Try reinstalling Visual C++ Redistributables, running ksEditor as admin, and checking if your antivirus blocked the file. If the issue persists, try a fresh ksEditor install.
