SOLVED National Corvette Museum Motorsports Park won't load

As the title says. Can anyone get this to run? I saw something on RD on modifying the JSON script to get it to work and that hasn't helped.

Edit: It works now. Turns out I need to use Content Manager to load the track and there was also a shader update.
