Need Help, KSEditor not importing my track.

Hello there, I edit map for my showroom and i add showroom to map. When i import only map to KSEditor it success, and when i only import showroom it success too. But if i put my showroom to my track it not importing my track to KSEditor. I tried 4 GB Patch trick but no luck. It still same. After 15-20 secs KSEditor closing self and not gives any error, crash or something. Only closing. I check my all Verts but its all over under 45K.
I have very large map (over 75KM) and its like 8M Poly. I tried 4 gb patch trick but still memory is not enough to import. When its goes to 3800 MB, my kseditor is shut down without any error and any crash log. Im using 3DS Max 2021, i tried to split map too but still no luck.

Btw, my FBX File is 380 MB.

Do it in parts. Seperate the road mesh, the trees and the objects into three FBX files then load and export through ksEditor and then load all three in the game using models INI.
