no puddles on one material

Hello, i just created a small map. I created RAIN_FX parameter in ext_config.ini
I have puddles on one material(parking lot on the right), but on the road material i dont have. But i specified the both materials in the file. The name of material is correct. What i am doing wrong ?

You have the same two materials on "PUDDLES and SOAKING" , try to put the road materials only on Puddles.
