Hi to all , I would like to ask how shoud i rescale a track. What i meen is, if it have a scale factor in map.ini 1.0 how to rescale it to has like 0.50 or 0.70.I can export the track to fbx but in 3dsimed it comes with 1.0 no metter if the track has original 0.70 or 1.40 scale factor.I`ve tried to rescale it with 3dsimed but it adds scale on top of the original scale factor.....?I have no clue how to do it ...or something with the Kseditor when it converts it to kn5.Who determinates the scale factor ? 3dsmax ,blender , Maya?

Thanks in advance

Good question, i dont know the answer either, but if you have a working ai line then just delete the "map.png".
AC will create a new one when next loading this track and also a new correct \data\map.ini.

beware: result "map.png" is a jpg file, rename, open in a graphics program, make transparent, remove the black, save as png.

Well i have tried to delete two map.pngs of two different tracks with different scale factor , after that they all came with the same map.ini (no metter of the scale factor) and they`ve changed got bigger and wider! in a ...i can say similar or same way.

Wait - you want to scale the whole track?
You cant scale the track with "map.ini" thats only the drawn map, the outline of the drivable road.
To scale the track, you need to do that in 3d software, yes Blender, Maya or maybe 3dsimed if you are desperate.

As i stated in my first post i`ve already did it with 3dsmax and even 3dsimed +blender , and it adds scale on top of the original one.The question is that when i rescale it with one of the programs its not changing the map.ini with no different values but it adds scale, i want to calculate it proper coz in Vr in AC scale metters.

wat?
"map.ini" and "map.png" are like friends, they belong together

they have noting to do with scaling of the 3d model
you changed your track?
remove old "map.png" and use procedure from above to create a new one

If you want to scale "map.png" - sorry i have no idea how the "map.ini" values work, cant help with that...
