Should you have some money left after all the Christmas presents, this tool seems like a real time saver, if aiming for a full city track. I did not test it yet, so cannot say more about it, nor are we associated with it in any way. Just sharing this, since it seems relevant to our "line of bussiness".
If we get a chance to test it, we'll write a more detailed article and comment if it fits the needs of a real-time game engine, like Assetto Corsa.
