Timing Not Working

Hi all, so sorry about my dumb question. I have a mostly functioning track, but the timing doesn't seem to be working (see attached screenshot showing naming and positioning of the objects. Does anyone have any ideas why this might not be working? I also attached the blender project.

Z forward

By z forward, do you mean export as -z forward or just z forward. When I export as z forward it's effictivly like the car is trying to span upside down and glues to the road upside down
