tyres.ini explained

Hey, guys!

As i'm getting into modding, thought i'd start from the bottom up. Does anyone have a full list of what every entry in the tyres.ini file does, including the units used? More than 2/3 are pretty straightforward, but for the rest I'm scratching my brain.
