wet and dry soil in areas

I have a tunnel and I wanted that tunnel to be asphalt, it would not get wet, since when it rains it gets wet like the one outside, is there a method so that puddles do not appear in areas, such as tunnels, gas stations, etc.

exclude surface from rainFX ?
just make a new material/mesh for this kind of road...
