where to get or how can i create rally traffic light

Good people, I wanted to know if it is possible to create a rally exit traffic light, the kind that have 3 green and one red, with a tripod, I can't find anything about it.

as AC is only a racing sim, not a rally sim, you only have the option for starting lights that go from red (in infinite amounts if you want) to green once

search for this whether here or on official forums (https://www.assettocorsa.net/forum/):
semaphore.ini
or
startinglights.ini

example usage in all kunos tracks:
assettocorsa\content\tracks\ks_....

now there is also this thing with CustomShadersPatch, but its not working with time measurement or online:

good, thanks for all the help, I found semaphore.ini files
and
startinglights.ini, but they don't say much, I have an object created as a traffic light, only with red and green, which I don't understand what to do in the kseditor and then where do I put the parameters or whatever is missing. Thank you very much again, you are a great help to me.
