SOLVED Why does my track have these weird shadows and mesh textures on it in and how to fix?

I’m making my first track mod for AC in blender based on a gokart track and these shadows show up when I made the track not flat. I tried changing the values in KSeditor but nothing worked. Other than changing elevation and angle of the road I followed the steps of ROUTE EIGHT MEDIAS video.

recalc them in blender, edit mode, with shift+n (alt+n for menu)

reset xform in max

I have array and plane around a curve so do I do that before or after converting to a mesh?

try it just like that, if the modifiers still make it wrong, then apply modifiers, then do that afterwards

btw, instead of Shift+N, what i do most of the time:
Alt+N -> Set from faces
Alt+N -> Average -> Face Area

In Object Mode select the meshes: <ctrl> + <a> = Apply = click "Scale and Rotation"

Edit: First apply the Array modifier
