Thanks. Luckily it didn't go all the sudden so I managed to move all important stuff to my other computer.

How's the track coming up, if you don't mind me asking?

well this week we have had a communicative misunderstanding due to the differences in the English language and Spanish. However we are back on track and ready to implement a physics layer after some learning and testing by myself.

soon™ is all one can say.you can expect updates here as and when there are updates :).

im not happy with my video quality but this was a little multiplayer test that occurred week before last. we have not implemented physics layer here so its rather smooth road so far. it is also 2 steps back in visual design terms. lots of changes lately.

Go go go... great video, from my part I have fixed some barrier location and fix some juctions in split2, I know we need to work on Brundle turn and the secction after pettit ou rouge... to give them the proper camber.

I need to do a lot of things in the 3D model, maybe Mitja wants to get inside the journey and help us to finish this circuit in the best way posible but faster than we are progressing right now, UV mapping of grass needs a lot of time and I'm not a fast worker on blender, also I don't have much time.

If we are going to change barriers add vegetation and new 3d grass this could last forever... I want to make other things after Ascari but I don't know when it will be done.

Thanks for the vid and the info. Take your time guys. I have some old build and it's already great fun to drive, looking forward to see what you've done since.

yep you can be the tester for sure @Jebus. critique from those without eyes on the work involved and design is a valuable resource, fresh eyes. eyes more willing to make comparisons.

finally got the wireframe maps tonight for each of our ground pieces, they are required to proceed with texturing and blending all our ground into a nice piece of work.

Buenas Liquido soy Dani de 103octanos.com me alegra saber que sigues el proyecto de Ascari en Assetto, a ver cuando tenemos alguna beta o alguna versión que podamos ir saboreando Ascari en este simulador, si algún día necesitas volver a Ascari para hacer nuevas mediciones, fotos o lo que sea avísame y hablo con el gerente para que puedas entrar al circuito.

Ni te imaginas lo bien que nos viene tu presencia por estos lares... Como un angel caido del cielo.

este hombre es responsable directo de todo el trabajo que tenemos delante, sin la ayuda de 103 octanos nada de esto seria posible... Ademas es piloto de verdad y conoce Ascari mil veces mejor que nosotros.

Seria una pasada si nos ayudas a terminar este circuito como se merece. No veo a nadie mejor indicado para probar el circuito y dar su opinion.

this man is directly responsible for all the work in front of us, without 103octanos help none of this would be possible ... it is also true pilot and knows Ascari thousand times better than us.

It would be so nice if you help us finish this circuit as it deserves. I do not see anyone better suited to test the circuit and give their opinion.

creating hi rez kerbs. for multi map shader. using the photograph and adding some extra detail. for final result.

edit, finished concept. just need to render normal maps and speculars, and remove some crack effect to closer to the edge.:lol:
