This one comes with special flavor. It's a big milestone in AC's life, and in Kunos' history, since this release coincides with the release of the console version. We don't have the changelog yet, but we do know about some bonus content that will be included:

And the historic Monza's 1960 10 km Sopraelevata circuit (available for the consoles as well), which has been developed using laserscan technology to guarantee the highest level of accuracy for Assetto Corsa. This has been scanned quite some time ago, but it wasn't released because other priorities had.. priority

Some important work has been done also on the shaders side. One of the areas which used to give some weird effects sometimes. Judging by this 488 photo car reflections look smoother.
Also on the graphical side, Stefano mentioned an improvement on the way shadows are handled and some annoying effect they were generating.
