QUESTION Car not slowing down for the pitlane

Im have a mod but if you enter the pits it barely slows you down. is there any way to fix this?

this happens on a couple off cars but I have no clue on how to fix this.

EDIT:
After doing some testing it seems that the car doesn't seem to apply brake pad pressure. other cars do when entering the pits
