Compass Mod For AC?

Does anyone know if a mod exist, or is it possible to have a compass mod that tells you what direction your in? Kinda like the ones most modern cars have that just say N,S,E,W?

Man, I love this app so far, very nice. It also showed me that LAC is off by 180 degrees, North is South , vice versa. Even Topanga Canyon, where North, South is correct, yet East and West are backwards. Would you or anyone else know how to fix that? From my research the only thing I could find was this topic:

"If you use CSP weatherfx then no, there's no way to directly set the sun position. It uses astrophysics calculations with your date+time+location of the track to put the sun in the correct place. You can only change which direction on the track is north. With vanilla, the numbers you found will work - heading angle sets where "north" is and pitch angle sets how high the zenith is, and then the time of day determines where in that arc the sun goes."

I tried that to no avail.

SUN_PITCH_ANGLE=45
SUN_HEADING_ANGLE=-70
in ...data\lighting.ini

in ui\ui_track.json dont insert any geo-tag/coordinates or a location, so CM/CSP does not know where this is

I tried those and it didn't work. I guess the issue stems from the creator not setting up the proper axis in their 3D program and/or exported it with the wrong axis settings.

Is that with pure or sol?
Try "Default" weather controller? in weatherFX and on drive screen

I use sol v2.2.9. And I tried default and still no go.

I know this is kinda old, yet, I noticed that the compass under CSP Debug is correct. Anyway you know how to have your app match it?

what you mean? its pointing to the nord as the CSP-debug app says too
or do you mean the displayed angle value? i even removed that in latest version
or you mean only a simple letter display w N/E/S/W?

Ok, after double checking a few other courses. On LAC, CSP is correct and the compass isn't. While on Topanga Canyon, your compass is correct while CSP isn't, same with Mulholland. Meanwhile on No Hesi 110, both are incorrect, as I'm facing north in the pic.

For "CSP debug app" - its a bug in a lua function ac.getCompassAngle(), reported to authorities!
