Concept, Format and Rules

1. Concept

The Blietzkrieg Series are meant to provide organized instant action. The format may differ between different Blietzkrieg Series, so make sure you read the competition format and rules below.

2. Competition format

There will be three qualifying races, with different car and track combos, which will provide the drivers for the grand finale on Friday, 25th of September 2015.

The three qualifying events are:
  • BMW M235i @ Nordschleife - Tuesday, 22nd of September - THREAD
  • KTM X-Bow R @ Zandvoort - Wednesday, 23rd of September - THREAD
  • Seat Leon EuroCup @ Donington - Thursday, 24th of September - THREAD
There are 18 slots for each race which will be given to drivers in the order of their registration. A driver can enter only one qualifying event. The first 8 racers from each event will go in the final. The final event will give the competition winner. Grand final details:
  • Pagani Zonda R @ Paul Ricard (Prototype layout) - Friday, 25th of September - THREAD
3. Rules

This being an instant action competition, we will lay out a pretty simple rule set:
  • Be fair-play with other drivers
  • No contact between cars allowed
  • No reset to pits during the race
  • Final results will be confirmed by the organizers on the day after the race
To get a clearer idea on what is allowed and what isn't, you can check out our Club Racing rules and regulations, but be informed that we will observe this competition much more seriously.
