CPU runs Blender, yet wont load model?

When I try to open the .fbx file for the car I'm currently working on. I get the message that my CPU doesnt support SSE4.2, yet when I look it up, I have SSE4a which should also work. Could my CPU be too old to even work on or build cars for AC?

Edit: I'm using Blender 2.92.0. Which works for the tutorial, which hopefully means I can create a car in the future. Yet, editing the existing mod I'm working with wont load. Just the error message about my CPU. Not sure whats up with that. Could cars made by others require newer versions of blender to load?
The mod I'm working with is the 2017 Ford Fusion Titanium that seems to have been abandoned by whoever made it in FSR. So, maybe its just a borked mod.

Ok, problem solved, apparently I'm dumber than the dummies 3D artist use. Imported the file to get it to load instead of just file open, derp.
