Guys I have possibility to get access to real racing cars (mostly mods which I did for TM-Modding). I know now a lot of real life drivers which would let me mount a recording device to their cars to record decent quality audio samples. I just wonder, what kind of recording device (up to 200 EUR) should I buy now in 2023 and how would be the best way to record internal and external audio samples from a race car? I don't have possibility to do a dyno run but a practice session would be good enough for good samples I guess. Audio from onboard cameras is useful but usually very low quality, if there is option to do it better, I would like to try it. Any leads what equipment should I buy?
