Forum engine update 09/June

Due to the famous GDPR, a forum update is necessary. Normally this should go transparently for you, but just in case you experience some weird behavior in the following 30 minutes, know that an update is in progress.

We'll revert to previous working version of Tapatalk plugin this evening (EU). We need to generate a few more errors before that to help with debugging.
