Brandydo's buildings are indeed really well done!

I was mostly thinking it would be useful for more distant scenery, say 200-300m out.

Your captures look like are from the lower LOD from google maps, have you tried setting the browser scale to 25%? this will force the LOD so stay at highest level even when far above.

you guys have some real production value there ... wow... announcers and all... my internet couldnt keep up but it looked really cool with a lot of dedicated people!

Track is looking great... i mean really great!

the race was amazing, i stayed up until 3am here to watch it all, really rewarding to see that the racers and commentator really enjoyed it, really felt like a real race!

some stuff needs to be improved though, leonardo, we need updates on your cams!!!! i'll redo mine the commentator were sometimes struggling switching cameras and some point of view ( duplessis corner for example the field of view is blocked by tarp

maybe we can do a completely different set also. with fixed cams and different point of view.

it was fun!

and they drove fast too: 1.07.9 for the pole position! best i could ever acheived in the 235i was 1.10.2...

there's no more blocking. Though I've haven't done that camera set, I only kinda improved it, I think it was the first original camera set available but no problem taking credits for it

i'll do some cleaning in the cameras sets:
TV 1 and 2 will be Julien's, since he's the race organiser it's easier for him to control the live action on it.
Your's will be TV3 .
And i'll keep that one that you corrected twice and it will be TV4( First original cam, polished and corrected by LR). (we can share the credit on that one
and i'll delete the original first that i did myself and only kept because it had a sentimental value to me

still room for more cams though. fixed cams over the paddocks, the first turns, porte duplessis?

I think a set akin to Gilles' rF version (used in the race broadcasts from 1997-2003) would be great. If I ever find time I can do them, but filling in some of the blank areas with landscaping is top priority for me right now.

My god, amazing work B.

I was there yesterday, there was some country concert at the stadium. You can see turn one is used as a giant parking lot.

the circuit installation is almost ready for next week, most temp walls have been set up, but the roads are still accessible, so i drove it twice and came back with a better camera and my bike and spent two hours shooting everything for my texture library

quite a feeling to be there and drive it for real after sooo many hours of virtual driving.
