SOLVED HELP: someone stole my stuff and is selling it online

Hello, as some of you might know, I’m Nericksenna.
A while back during the days of F1 Challenge 99-02 and rFactor 1, I created 3 tracks:
- Dallas F1 1984
- Caesars Palace F1 1981-1982
- Phoenix F1 street track 1991

As some might know I am doing a refurbishment of my tracks for Assetto Corsa, taking my spare time and leisure to make descent stuff for the community.

Today while browsing around, I found on YouTube someone converted my Phoenix 1991 track and is SELLING it for real money. I have always submitted my stuff for free with no intention of making a living off it (maybe I was wrong to think such a thing?).

So I told this guy that (I can just imagine stole other things from others, not just me), that this is my track and that he should stop selling it, to which he replied just a simple « nah ».

I am now asking for advice from all here what are my options and what I can do to stop this nonsense and pure ripoff.
(Please no bad language following this post - I myself am keeping super calm writing this down).
You can see here this video of the guy and link to his site:

I reported the video. I think if lots of people do then something might get done but this is Youtube so I doubt it.

He is also selling Codemasters content (GRID Autosport). Big copyright no no! Let's see what their customer services have to say about it.

WTF ?!

Yes, I'm known for living under different rocks, but I did not even think people would have such nerve . I hope something can be done about it, even if I feel that there won't be much. Sorry to see this in any case. This kind of behavior ruins it for everybody.

it's worth checking the rest of the site, there is a lot of 3rd party content on there for sale, no doubt, without permission. Then letting these authors know that their free work is for sale.

Yeah it really pushes more and more to make me want to stop modding even though I love it

..maybe we could all unite, convert your tracks and share them for free on every possible channel :D.

Well yeah Gilles ist well known for this, been banned on RD for it. Produces objectively shitty conversions and then even dares asking money for it.

It's just a small victory for now, but it should:
1 - Teach the other leechers to not steal modder's works,
2 - ...and most of all this gives hope to all those whom have been robbed their work to get revenge!

Well.... if he goes by the same name and tries to put up another site selling stuff then he would be easy to find!

Well done for following through and getting his site taken down.
Its refreshing to know that wix took your submission seriously and acted on it. Good for them.

As for this guy, well hes been around for a while.
He even tried to sell his crap here on ACM and hes been putting up these rips on RD for a while, in fact he tried to sell on RD as well, and that was put to and end pretty quick too.

Bottom line, its a terrible business model, selling converted mod tracks.
He'd be lucky to buy lunch with the money he would make over a year.
Of course there will be some suckers that will fall for this, but I'm guessing they're few and far between.
There's just too much open content freely available.
And for those that cant discern between rubbish and quality, would they be his target market?
Not likely, people using and not minding bad quality stuff arent the people who are going to spend money anyway.
