QUESTION Low-Beams way too bright, Taillights differnt brightness

Hi, i have a problem with headlight on a mod which i want to modify

on this E36 the Low-Beams are way too bright, they turn everything white when you drive past them.
They also have a pretty "defined" light cone, which doesnt look natural (in comparison to the high beams)

I can change some stuff in the ext_config but that doesnt change anything.

the taillights also have a different brightness, can anybody help me with that?

I've figured it out, after searching in the ext_config file for about 2 weeks i finally found the part which controls the headlights
