My AC install is borked

I don't know what happened, all of the sudden when I load a car/track cars are flying everywhere uncontrollably, the driving physics and sounds are all messed up. Everything is completely screwy. I have been installing a lot of mods. I originally installed AC through Steam. I installed the CSP, the latest Sol and the paid preview patch. I then proceeded to add many tracks and cars. I did this mostly manually because I like to see what files I am adding and where. It takes longer but at least I know exactly what is happening. Everything was working fine. A couple of days ago I installed some more tracks, cars, traffic, and all the sudden everything went screwy. I tried reinstalling CM, removed CSP and reinstalled it, then updated to the 1.77 preview patch. Everything looks fine in CM but when I load anything it's all messed up. I've spent many hours modding this game. I really don't want to delete everything and start over. Any ideas what I should do from here?

Sounds like your manual extracting did stop when you "installed some more tracks, cars, traffic"? I guess you unpacked something into the wrong place.
Undo that.

As for CustomShadersPatch, this resets all your changes to default CSP settings:
remove all files in
....Documents\Assetto Corsa\cfg\extension\

Yeah, I just tried deleing the files in that directory you mentioned. Not much improvement. I'm going to start over, unfortunately. This time I guess I'll take the time to make a backup before each modding session.
