QUESTION No Options in Content Manager/Patch after Installing CSP?

Sorry to bother, but I was trying to enable turn signals, but I went to my settings and there were no options to do anything, I tried reinstalling custom shaders patch but nothing changed

but first disable this:

but dont complain if other things dont work as expected then, mayb just change things with the old version and switch back to the new one later...
