Hello! I have the same model car from two different drift packs. One with good physics and the other with bad physics but with good wheels, better wing, and better hood. Is it possible to change the physics of one car to the other?

Sure, if you have access to the data folder just copy the ini files, suspension.ini, drivetrain, the steer section of the car.ini. The tres ini, most drift mods have custom tyres which are mostly crap.
If data folder is not available, download cartuner from rd and make a copy/clone of both cars and you will get access to the data folder.
