2:26.3XX is where I'm at right now. was with a bad last turn though. But this is indeed going to become a draft fest Maybe this means I will not win this race

Did 2:25.8 in race spec last night with @Zoinx. What setups are you guys running? Full speed? I'm asking because I can't seem to settle for a compromise between top speed and traction/grip/front tyre temperature. Obviously top speed is mega-important on Monza, but if you cock up a corner before a straight line you're doomed!

But this is indeed going to become a draft fest

Be careful though, the finishing line is quite close to the last corner; I don't know if there's enough space to overtake someone after Parabolica but before start/finish. So I'm aiming to beat you sooner than the last corner.

So, we now have working pitstops in MP mode. Question comes: do we use them or not ? Meaning the server settings will revert back to 100% fuel rate consumption, so refueling will be necessary for a 45 min race in Abarth.

What say you ?

We longed for them and now we'll ignore them? I say we should use pitstops.

Ha ha, of course. I meant more like "are we familiar enough to use it from this race". I quite like the system, it seems you cannot preset the pit operations so the time you'll loose/win depends only on your skills while in pits

You all were, it happened in the first turn. If it weren't for that crash maybe the battle would've been fought in four. Even so, I was this close to join your battle a couple of laps before the end.

Btw, what was your best time? In the last laps I pushed for the fastest lap, but I only did 2:25.333. I think I saw a 2:25.1xx from you, right?

Yes, I think so, but honestly I have no idea HOW it happened. Didn't managed to reproduce it (nor understand where I lost/won the time).

And speaking of first turn, I do want to appologise for the meyham I've created in the first lap.. I was playing with the ABS settings in qualify, and forgot the ABS OFF, so when I was battling with @Simulatu , I broke a 'bit late in the second chicane, locked the wheels and.. well, closed my eyes and hoped for the best. Didn't yet had time to watch the replay, but once again my appologies if I was the reason for some crush .

PS: oh, and congratulations for the race; a good one for you. Too bad @TCLF wasn't there, to give you some challenge.​

I'll be honest. I totally forgot about this race. I'm sorry. Lucky for me, @ihlades is in LLM now. Also, I am still in second place with a tiny gap to ihlades. This will make the championship more interesting though, as I'll have to come from the back.
