QUESTION Setup.ini changes not showing in game

I am modding some physics files on a car, and when I make changes to the setup.ini in the data folder they don't apply in the game. The original setup.ini file had nothing but wing settings, even though the ingame setup menu has basically all the tabs. I am trying to add brake pressure and change the range on the tire pressures, but it won't work. Any ideas?

Same Problem here. Did just a physics swap and setup.ini options like ARB and Nitrous dont show up ingame.
While loading a Setup File from Original Car, everything gets applied correctly.
But no way to change the values from ingame setup menu.

Thanks for reply but i already did this.
I have figured out meanwhile, i was using wrong header for the car.ini.

VERSION=1 ; instead of VERSION=extended-2 ;

Now everything works.
