OK, so what does that mean ?
For registered users:
1/ If you are not interested in this, than carry on as usual, logging in with your current credentials.
2/ If you would like to associate your current user with external accounts (Twitter/Facebook/Google), you can do this by hovering over your name when logged in (top-right area) and choosing "External Accounts".
For unregistered users:
1/ You can sign-up using one of your existing accounts (Twitter/Facebook/Google).
2/ Or you can sign-up like on any other forum, using your email address.
