So, there you have it, first race of the season. Shy presence, but good level. Remco (@TCLF) kept it like a clock and manages to slip in front. While Victor ( @ihlades ), @luchian and @Zoinx were fighting in the back in the very animated first 10 laps or so. Afterwards, the changes calmed down a 'bit up until lap 15 or so, when Zoinx reenters the track a 'bit strong after going wide on the previous turn and manages to make a superb syncrone balet with Victor . We'll see how this will be going down next week

Time for the update. A race where strategy played its role as well. @TCLF started a 'bit conservative but it played out just right in the end and kept increasing the pace lap after lap. It's not only about being fast but also about being constant. At the end of the evening, @TCLF consolidates his leadership in the drivers standings and looks like we need to mobilize more in order to stop him . @ihlades also did a very good race and if it wasn't for a drop of technical problems (the mechanics didn't positioned the car's pedals as they should've) we would definitely look at different rankings, with @luchian loosing the second place for sure . @Zoinx had also a good pace in the end, but didn't managed to show it right from the begining and lost the direct contact with the front pack. Nice to see @DaggTxs and @KashunatoR being ready when the lights went out, too bad we didn't see Clau finishing his run as well. All in all, a nice evening and hopefully with more and more drivers on the start (and finish) grid.

Standings after Race 02 at Nurburgring, on October 12th​

Like taking candy from a baby. I could swear I've heard @ihlades saying this at some point during the race. And then the laugh at the end.. oh, sorry, I was writing this ? My bad. So, back to pilot standings: @TCLF was absent this race, so @ihlades didn't think twice, he made the most of the opportunity and grabbed the 1st place in general standings. for now . This means -1 for @TCLF, respectively for @luchian . @Zoinx , after 3 races on the 4th place, stands still on.. the 4th place in rankings . New entry on 5th, with @Simulatu who put up a good fight for lots and lots of laps. And probably up until the end, if it weren't for the pitstop crew who delayed him significantly . @DaggTxs is absent, so -1 without a fight for him, and @KashunatoR grabs his first points, while still getting the hang of the car. We know, road cars are not GTx . But fun as well. Looking forward to see what the next race will bring !

Standings after RACE 03 at Monza, on October 19th​

Didn't had a chance to see a replay (< see what I did there ? ), but it seems that new comers don't let go easily . @cata82 has a taste of 2nd place in quali but not enough practice/experience with AC system costs him a lot of time in pitstop.

No modification in the upper area of the rankings, @ihlades has a comfortable lead over 2nd (@TCLF ) and even more over 3rd and 4th, @luchian and @Zoinx . This is of course before substracting the 2 worst races, which will come at the end of the championship and which could create some surprises.. so keep your eyes on the game and don't miss oportunities .

Pilot standings after RACE 04 at Silverstone, on October 26th​

Seems that "some" took this too easy.. like everything has been played already. Well, it's not ! . @TCLF is almost sure to have a chance to the title, so he offered the race to his team mate, @ihlades . Except that both, didn't take into account some random variables.. like @luchian and @cata82 . So, a "multi-21" for the 2, both climbing one position in the process: @luchian in 2nd place, and @cata82 in 5th place. Too bad presence wasn't higher on this small track, would've made for tons of fun, I reckon. See you next time

Pilot standings after RACE 05 at Magione, on November 2nd​

He he.. you're gonna' love this. Fate made things very 'hot' in the upper zone of the driver rankings. Tiny difference, with some of the racers already having used the 2 wildcards of the season, so that means that any slip from now till the end will equal in serious damage .
1p between 1-2-3 positions, held by @ihlades , @TCLF (regained this very race, due to @luchian 's pit crew sluggishness) and yeah, @luchian . No changes after that, only @total_trip could've made a significant new entry but probably some technical problems decided different .
So there it is, half of the season, and we'll change rhythm starting from next week, as the Opel Adam Cup is a pretty different kind of animal. Thinking only about the PIT not being mandatory anymore, and things should become more complicated, at least from a strategy point of view. We shall see..

Drivers' rankings after RACE 06 at Mugello, on November 9th​

Switch to Alfas !
.. and looks like somebody need to stop @ihlades or he will take over the world, like all vilain Victors do ! 10p already between him and runner-up @TCLF . And 15p 'till wannabe @luchian . We'll probably see a new fight soon enough between @Zoinx @cata82 and @Simulatu for forth. Total silence after that, only new entry @fordman makes his presence felt after a first round in which he got used to the car and other drivers. Looking forward to see more from him in the following races.

Drivers' rankings after RACE 07 on Blackwood, on November 16th​

@ihlades is absent. @ihlades looses first place in driver rankings. @ihlades looses 2nd place as well, with @luchian and @TCLF climbing each 1 position. @cata82 makes a good race, but a bad decision in PITS (to change the tires) and this costs him enough time to allow slower @luchian to win 2nd place. Not many cars tonight, but colored events: @Zoinx misses the start, @luchian has the fastest lap (ironically), @cata82 misses PIT strategy, and @TCLF makes entire race without pitting.. what will we see next time ?

Drivers' rankings after RACE 08 on Vallelunga Club, on November 23rd​

..aand surprise: @ihlades drops the towel, missing his 3rd race this season. This means almost for sure that he is no longer in fight for the title.. (unless a big cataclysm hits, and @TCLF 1st, and @luchian 2nd miss 3 races as well). Speaking of the battle for the title, Remco put up a good fight and once again his pit strategy bought him time. Precious time, as it can be seen in the first 12 laps . Junior @cata82 makes an excellent race, and gets his first "full" evening: Pole+Win, thus allowing him to surpass @Zoinx and steal the 4th place in general rankings. Will he attack Victor now ? Still 3 rounds to find out .
A shout out to @fordman as well, who had to abandon in lap 7 or so, due to an old race injury when he pushed the car too much.. . And he was so close, he even out qualified luchian.. . Better luck next time, as we've all heard it in the beginning of online racing
