SOLVED Texture flicker?

I've been trying to figure this out for a couple days now. If I set the camera to a certain angle, the textures (in the distance) for my grass and asphalt "flicker" or something and look like this pic. (white areas) I thought it was due to texture overlap, but today I spent a good amount of time to make sure they only overlap slightly, where they connect, so you don't fall though when driving from road to grass. (I had separate models for surface and texture, but tried it here with just textures mapped to the surfaces and it still does it?? Im out of ideas.. Thanks for any insight. (Oh, if I get closer it stops Only when looking from a distance and at a lowish angle)

for better understanding i'd suggest put your material settings in here.
could be a csp thing, too...
as well i'd like to see the wiremesh.

even tho you said it, you're sure there is no second mesh under the road?
like visual road and 1mm under it a physical mesh which isnt set to "dont render" maybe?

Yes, I originally had texture meshs above the surface meshs, but for this version, I just mapped the texture to the actual surfaces, to eliminate the possibility of them fighting each other. Here are my current settings and mesh. I tried a few different methods to model the asphalt surfaces, as you can see. But it didn't seem to matter.

some values are too high, should be visible in ksEditor too, this is the tarmac from nords

maybe also play around with Illumination settings to better see whats going on, defaults are somewhat funky

Thank you for the shader #'s!! I tried those, looks very nice, but still flicker. I tried just making it ksperpixel, still flicker. So, I turned off all the models except the surfaces. No more flicker.. So, I loaded my main .kn5 (.fbx) into 3dsmax again, just to check for other meshs and the only thing "under" my surfaces was a large flat plane I use as my landscape. It was .005m below the surfaces, but was still causing the flicker.. .008m solved it. Im not sure what the standard separation should be, but I always try to make it as close as possible so the grass or merge between grass and asphalt won't look like their floating to high above.. Was cutting it too close there. :banghead: Think I lost years of my life messing with this the last 2 days. Thank you again for the help guys! Much appreaciated. Mick

just in case someone else stumble over this thread:
if the road and grass has a physic (1Road/1GRAS e.g.) then get rid of the plane.
if the plane is your physical mesh, then select in ksEditor under tab "scene" the physical mesh,
go down to object and set "is renderable" to "false". Physics will work, but mesh is not visible...
