QUESTION Timing Display as track object possible?

I'm into modelling my first track for AC. It will be a hill climb track. So racing from Start to Finish.
It would be cool to have a working timing display a few meters after the finish line like it is here in the real world. (see attached image)
Is this possible? Never seen such a thing in game?
Anybody have an idea?

Good question.

I have considered this and I believe its not possible in the usual track design routines. it might be by placing some sort of fake car there. how possible that would be I'm not sure...
