It's still a long way to simulate it realistically via a starter button.
At the moment I have a multievent in the soundmod as a loop to simulate a dynamic starter noise and a few samples for the effect of putting the ignition on. Now I need a Freepie Script that puts the button of the starter button and throttle on the same input axis, plausible values for Coast and Power.lut in the range below 500rpm, and a feature that reduces the periodic reduction of the starter battery voltage and the pumping of the Gasoline to start the engine yet. The whole process partly random and partly conditional. At the moment, I only accelerated in first gear after dying the engine.
