Track pit boxes are black

Basically i cant tell which way around the boxes are? Some tracks have arrows or are arrows.
So how do i find out which way they are facing, or change texture, i did try changing the texture to the arrows but nothing changed?
I'm new to this, cheers.

you cant see orientation in ksEditor or 3dsimed
you need proper 3d software like blender or 3dsmax.

When a texture change does not show the texture on your cubes, then the cubes dont have any UV map setup (coordinates to map triangles to a texture).

So is there anyway to tell which way they face? i.e. so the cars go the correct way round?

already said that: use blender or 3dsmax

or just try starting the game, maybe you can see how you have to rotate stuff

actually in 3dsimed you can see rotation too, x should be rotated by ~90° to indicate direction, the center xyz cross helps

Brill thanks I sorted it, with help form you and a guy on GTPlanet.
Problem now is the AI don't move, and they do on other tracks.
It's a track which someone turned into a drift track and I'm trying to make it usable for proper racing hence why I'm sort of using what was there already, i should of started a fresh me think's.
Anyway, thank you so much.

Drift tracks typically dont have a proper AI spline, so you'll need to create one.
