QUESTION wake effect

Hello everyone

I'd like to increase the wake effect between two cars. Do you know where I can find the parameter ... How can I act? Should I look for it on the car or on the track?

What is "wake effect" ? Before acting you should have the correct terms to ask for

Thanks. I meant the aerodynamic effect of the car following another car. Is it possible to modify or check it?

Only globally, not per car. In CM (i'm sure the setting is also available on the stock launcher, though I wouldn't know where), the Slipstream effect slider will change the size of the "cone" of low pressure air behind a car, which in turn reduces drag and DF for cars within it. Making it larger means cars behind will experience lower DF sooner, limiting their ability to follow so closely.

As far as making different cars experience the "wake" more or less, that's down to how much DF they produce. If the car makes no DF, then they wont experience any losses. If they make a lot, they will suffer.

it could brake on hill-climb tracks and is just a guess, not really accurate

thanks this slipstream effect on CM is noto avaible on server, sems usable only single player...
It looks like an environmental effect and not an effect of the single car or the single track ...
Some suggest to make it on server ?

I'm not sure where the setting would be for the server, if it exists at all. I've never used the slipstream slider much at all other than to see how it works.
