I'm trying to edit a window texture (Template given in PNG) and im having trouble getting the Alpha channel correct, I can get transparency but it also make my "stickers" slightly transparent aswell?
I don't have direct experience with your exact situation (number on window), but I would say it should definitely work as expected as long as you make sure the alpha channel under the number is masked out.
