One of the limitations of grass_fx is the visible pop-in effect when the vegetation is set to a bigger size, like in your screenshot above. You have those issues?

I ended up doing manual tall vegetation, just to avoid those issues, then grass_fx everywhere elseI'm still tweaking grass-fx and make grass closer to the track shorter to mitigate distractions (I now, I'm releasing in few hours). The grass was indeed very long in most places, and with sorts of things mixed. It was on my list to that with objects and all, but I will go in the future upgrade bucket for now.
It's very different, isn't it?General terrain fitted with Lidar, but not all track too much change to manage.
Ah, sorry, I meant if yours is very different from the LiDAR data - then I realised it probably is, but it's not a huge issue, because it seems things changed A LOT. The camber is very different in the Esses now, the Hump is graded, as you said, the Gulch is VERY different as the bottom of the valley used to be much later than in the current LiDAR must be, and Namerow is reprofiled and again different camber now.Yes and no. Some parts where kept identical, but they reworked a little bit everywhere. From above the map does look almost identical at first glance so they did their best to keep it intact, but at track level some corners were changed to allow runoffs, wider tarmac, no more catching air on the hump, etc.... Sensible changes if you want to avoid calling the ambulance too often.
The great thing with sim racing is that I don't have to repair the car or my broken legs... So we can enjoy dangerous layout now!
The reboot version is a cheap rip from Grid Autosport, done back in 2012-2013. That game was not know for accuracy in any way, shape or form.Ah, sorry, I meant if yours is very different from the LiDAR data - then I realised it probably is, but it's not a huge issue, because it seems things changed A LOT. I always wondered if the Reboot version is accurate or not - I always thought it IS, apart from being too wide, but then I read your comments elsewhere that comparing it with the LiDAR data, that one's not accurate either.
