That would be great if he can! This isn’t the only track in this sort of detail either..
I tried to capture 3D mesh data from google earth last week without any luck.
Tried Ninja Ripper but without success.@Gunnar333 yeah 3dripper is obsolete, Ninja Ripper is the more current software with newer import plugins!
Getting that Google Earth data is what we want!Again, this is through Google Earth, not the more basic Maps. ( I keep forgetting to always check Earth, but somehow only use Maps,)
Yup, should be the same data. Awesome you got it workI don't see a difference in detail whether I use Google earth in chrome or 3d mode of Google maps.
I'm not talking about the elevation data which you get when using sketchup e.g.
OT but could you try capturing Le SartheTried Ninja Ripper but without success.
But!!!! I could manage to import Google Meshes with MapsModelsImporter
I took me a lot of attempts.. but finaly I made it.
Use the step by step tutorial by Élie Michel:and for me RenderDoc v1.3 didn't work so I downgraded to v1.2 and it worked with Google Maps 3D (not Google Earth)
